Our client, a manufacturer of medical devices, has an immediate opening for a Precision Assembler. This role will be responsible for cleanroom maintenance and additional general manufacturing processing using both manual techniques and processing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Sew and assemble medical device component in a clean room
• Follow detailed process instructions and specifications
• Complete documentation (e.g. router steps) for operations performed
• Conduct packaging and labeling operations for product prior to sterilization
• Other responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with device assembly (preferably in a highly regulated industry such as medical, DoD, or aerospace)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sewing and/or textile manufacturing assembly
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with clean room operations (preferred)
• Experience with micro sewing and assembling techniques
• Experience with Clean Room etiquette and operation
• Attention to detail and quality conformity
• Good hand-to-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and process specifications
• Occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a
  computer monitor, microscope, magnification lamp, or other visual aids
• No heavy lifting is required above 45 lbs.
• Duties shall require proper gowning/clothing for clean room manufacturing
