Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production of medical implants and components in a high-volume, regulated cleanroom environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment, including clean line systems and pouch sealers
- Perform cleaning, inspection, assembly, pouching, sealing, and labeling activities in a controlled cleanroom environment
- Complete production documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Enter transactions accurately into the ERP system
- Assist with inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations
- Support investigations and corrective actions related to product or process issues
- Follow all GMP, ISO, SOP, PPE, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area
- Review manufacturing documentation and provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
