Senior Assembler

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assembler to join a precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for the detailed assembly of sub-assemblies, chassis units, and chip-and-wire devices in a controlled clean room environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with wire and/or ribbon bonding, soldering, and microscope-based assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of sub-assemblies, chassis units, and chip-and-wire devices.
• Complete detailed assembly operations while working under a microscope.
• Perform wire bonding and/or ribbon bonding operations.
• Follow established assembly procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Work within a controlled clean room manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Meet production requirements while maintaining workmanship standards.
• Perform additional manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wire bonding experience required.
• Hands-on experience with wire bonding and/or ribbon bonding.
• Soldering training and J-STD certification required.
• Previous clean room manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision assembly work.
• Ability to work comfortably under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable, quality-focused, and able to follow detailed work instructions.
