Our client, a provider of coating and surface treatment development and application services for medical devices, has an immediate opening for an Inspection Setup Technician. This role is responsible for incoming inspection, setup on fixtures in preparation for processing operations, and testing and certification of production processes and final inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Receive customer product
• Clean and setup customer product on processing fixtures
• Perform pre and post inspection of customer product as well as package and ship per company procedures
• Certify customer product per product release procedures, only upon completed training

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, including trade schools
• Familiarity with safety procedures for handling acids, solvents, and bases
• Experience with ISO 13485 and cleanroom environment is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and Office 365 familiarity preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Vision correctable to 20/20
• Able to stand for 2 hours and otherwise walk, bend, sit, and squat unaided
• Able to lift 35 pounds at table height (36 inches)
