Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Test Technician II to support the tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of RF microwave modules in a dynamic, high-mix production environment. Working closely with engineering staff and production test teams, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, cost, and schedule objectives are consistently met. This position requires technical expertise, precision, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Tune, test, and troubleshoot RF microwave modules to meet electrical specifications.

Operate in a fast-paced, high-mix work cell environment, ensuring departmental goals are achieved.

Perform detailed inspection and testing tasks using a microscope on a daily basis.

Utilize RF test equipment, including network analyzers, oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters (DVMs), and spectrum analyzers.

Document results accurately and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Support production operations by performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
-
Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent technical training with 3–5 years of related experience.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, oscilloscopes, DVMs, spectrum analyzers).

Proficiency in tuning, testing, and troubleshooting RF modules.

Computer literacy with the ability to navigate technical tools.

Other Requirements:

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Good manual dexterity with the ability to work daily under a microscope.

J-STD-001 training preferred.

U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
