Description
Finish Line Staffing Services is seeking an on-site Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts across manufacturing, engineering, IT, quality, and operations roles. This position plays a key role in helping our clients maintain productivity by delivering qualified talent quickly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce demands
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand roles
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Support workforce needs by responding quickly to urgent hiring demands
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or operations roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple open requisitions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
