Quality Electronics Technician

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot medical device products to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Perform chassis and final product assembly, including wire crimping, soldering, and minor sub-assembly fabrication.
• Follow assembly fixtures, work instructions, procedures, and quality documentation to support accurate production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly instructions, and hardware requirements.
• Use testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, frequency generators, power supplies, multi-meters, flow meters, pull testers, and microscopes.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820 standards.
• Partner with production teams to meet customer delivery schedules while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Identify quality, process, equipment, or material issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; ISO 13485 experience preferred.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience with PCBA and electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
