Position Overview
Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is hiring a Production Technician to join their growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing hands-on assembly, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality product output.

Conduct quality checks to confirm compliance with established standards.

Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.

Accurately complete required documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials promptly to management.

Support colleagues by providing on-the-job training when needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient operations.
Physical Requirements

Ability to use small hand tools and assemble small mechanical parts.

Frequent use of hands to handle, finger, or feel materials.

Regular ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 25 lbs.

Close vision and color vision required for precision assembly tasks.
Qualifications & Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with office computer programs.

Prior small parts assembly experience strongly preferred.

Experience in the medical device or other regulated industry is a plus.

Cleanroom experience is a plus.
