Responsibilities
- Perform precision mechanical hand assembly of machine parts into fixtures for brazing and welding operations
- Assemble components using technical drawings, work instructions, and documented procedures
- Work with small and delicate parts; use of microscopes or magnifiers may be required
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and cleanliness in a mechanical assembly manufacturing environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs

Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of mechanical or hand assembly experience
- Ability to work in a clean mechanical assembly manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow documented procedures
- Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using basic mechanical tools and measurement equipment, including:
- Hand tools
- Dial calipers
- Micrometers
- Height gauges
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with small parts using microscopes or magnifiers
