Description

Finish Line Staffing Services (FLS) is partnering with a biotechnology client to hire a Manufacturing Associate to support upstream manufacturing operations in a cGMP-regulated environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated, science-driven professional eager to grow within biotech manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute upstream manufacturing batch records for cell culture operations (cell expansion, production, harvest)

  • Perform small- and large-scale (1–200L) buffer and media preparation

  • Support upstream and downstream operations for process development and new product material supply

  • Follow SOPs and work instructions with a strong “right-the-first-time” mindset

  • Maintain manufacturing suites, equipment, supplies, logbooks, and documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements

  • Assist with inventory, shipping/receiving, glass wash, and autoclave operations

  • Support scheduling, forecasting, material demand planning, and sample submissions

  • Perform daily standardization of small equipment and systems

  • Provide periodic support to shipping, receiving, and purchasing as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline

  • 0–2 years of experience in biotech or life sciences manufacturing

  • Experience with mammalian cell culture operations, sterile techniques, and cell expansion

  • Familiarity with cGMP environments (preferred, not required)

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation practices

  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, regulated environment

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic mathematical skills

  • Flexibility to support weekend operations as needed

  • Experience with disposable technologies and solution preparation is a plus, not required
