Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating equipment, assembling components, performing quality checks, and packaging finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines and production equipment
- Set up, start, and shut down machines per standard procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues as needed
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify defects and maintain accurate records
- Package finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Qualifications
- Machine operation or injection molding experience preferred, not required
- Experience with assembly, inspection, or packaging a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and documentation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert lbs]
