Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators to support daily production and sterilization operations in our clients fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor sterilization processes, inspect products for quality, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and sterilization equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor sterilization processes to ensure product quality and compliance
• Inspect products and materials for defects or inconsistencies
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Follow all safety guidelines and GMP procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
