HVAC Project Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex HVAC and engineering projects. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, leading cross-functional project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope projects with clients and ensure project objectives are clearly defined
• Establish project schedules, deliverables, and additional service requirements
• Coordinate the transfer of client data, backgrounds, and project information to design teams
• Lead and delegate project-related tasks across multidisciplinary teams
• Manage project coordination to ensure balanced and efficient execution
• Organize and participate in project coordination meetings, client meetings, and internal team meetings
• Review project deliverables prior to submission to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Review project proposals and support project planning efforts
• Follow up with clients at project close-out to ensure satisfaction and service quality
• Provide technical expertise and consultation related to HVAC systems and engineering projects
• Lead complex engineering and development activities from implementation through completion
• Direct the work of team members and support overall project success

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HVAC or engineering-related projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, and coordination
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with engineering concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC industry
• Ability to work independently while leading project teams in a fast-paced environment
