Description
We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced automated storage systems used in life sciences and clinical environments.
In this role, you will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems, perform system testing and site acceptance activities, and work directly with customers to ensure successful system performance. You’ll partner closely with engineering, service, and product teams while providing real-time feedback to improve system functionality. This is a travelling position with 60% travel expected.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with cutting-edge automation, and traveling to support installations and service needs.
