Description
Our client, an electronics manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Facilities Cable Harness Assembler. This role will follow a 4-day workweek with every Friday off and four 10-hour days.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all process instructions to assemble product per IPC 620
- Perform duties including cutting, crimping, stripping, tinning, winding, and soldering
- Follow prints and work instructions to construct cable and wire harness assemblies
- Adhere to all safety requirements
- Measure cut lengths
- Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to measure dimensions properly
- A working knowledge of all related cable assembly tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and specialized equipment
