3D Printing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform each step of the foundry process, including working with machines and/or manual operation.
• Follow work instructions and procedures to maintain process and quality control.
• Measure process parameters and adjust controls and recipes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all EHSC protocols to protect yourself, the team, and the environment.
• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years manufacturing (or similar) work experience.
• Experience 3D printing (including post processing) with SLA or DLP machines.
• Experience using computers and other technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to working safely, productively and compliantly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs from the ground to 4 feet high.

Preferred skills/experiences:

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, AS9100, FDA GMP, etc.)
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts, especially 5S and single-piece flow.
