Production Technician

Finish Line Staffing Services is hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Production Technician to join their manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with assembly experience who enjoy precision work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following detailed work instructions
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Complete production and regulatory documentation accurately
• Report quality, equipment, or material issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with training team members as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous small parts assembly experience strongly preferred

Preferred Experience

• Medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Cleanroom experience

Physical Requirements

• Use small hand tools and assemble small components
• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and crouch throughout the shift
• Close vision and color vision required
