Position Overview

Finish Line Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Billerica, MA. This role is responsible for leading production personnel, coordinating resources, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring manufacturing goals are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time completion.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, equipment, and tooling to meet production schedules.
• Lead, train, and develop production personnel while monitoring performance and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with established quality systems, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor production metrics, identify operational challenges, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain product quality, traceability, and inventory accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
• Communicate production priorities and expectations to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and achieve operational objectives.
• Support resource planning, shift transitions, and departmental budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience supervising or leading production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and workplace safety.
• Ability to coordinate production schedules, resources, and personnel effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor performance, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
