  • Deliver on-site installation, repairs, quality checks, and remote support via phone, email, and computer.

  • Accurately complete all documentation, reports, and service records in a timely manner.

  • Participate in R&D discussions by offering insights from an installation and field-service perspective.

  • Travel approximately 50% domestically; maintain reliable transportation for regular commuting to customer sites.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience. Progress toward a technical degree is a plus.

  • Experience working with automated systems or similar mechanical/electrical equipment required.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high self-motivation to support customers and internal teams.

  • Excellent communication skills suitable for a customer-facing role.

  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to remain composed under pressure.

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Ability to meet schedule commitments and adapt to changing priorities.
