Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support the production of complex electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role involves precision PCB assembly, SMT and thru-hole soldering, wiring, and mechanical build work in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and adheres to industry standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and complex electro-mechanical systems per specifications and work instructions.
• Perform precision soldering on SMT and thru-hole components using a microscope.
• Conduct mechanical assembly using hand tools, torque tools, wire strippers, and related equipment.
• Apply conformal coating and inspect assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 quality standards.
• Perform rework, repair, and inspection on electronic assemblies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while adhering to all company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering prints, and parts lists.
• IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certification strongly preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
