Job Summary
Our client has an immediate opening for an RF Engineer to support the design and development of microwave receiver–related multifunction assemblies up to 40 GHz. This role plays a key part in advancing high-performance microwave products by contributing to design, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement throughout the full product development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in microwave circuit design and verification within a collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop microwave receiver–related multifunction assemblies up to 40 GHz.

Research and analyze new technologies and circuit topologies to enhance product performance and design capabilities.

Identify design and manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the development of product documentation, test plans, and test methods.

Set up and execute design verification and validation testing for new products.

Accurately document test results and findings.

Troubleshoot new circuits and support refinement of new designs.

Support microwave product development using established processes, procedures, and tools.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support engineering objectives.
Qualifications

Education
-
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Solid understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theories related to RF and microwave design.

Hands-on experience with microwave circuit simulation software and RF/microwave test equipment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Project management experience is a plus.

U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
