Job Summary

Our client has an immediate opening for an RF Engineer to support the design and development of microwave receiver–related multifunction assemblies up to 40 GHz. This role plays a key part in advancing high-performance microwave products by contributing to design, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement throughout the full product development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in microwave circuit design and verification within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop microwave receiver–related multifunction assemblies up to 40 GHz.

  • Research and analyze new technologies and circuit topologies to enhance product performance and design capabilities.

  • Identify design and manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Assist in the development of product documentation, test plans, and test methods.

  • Set up and execute design verification and validation testing for new products.

  • Accurately document test results and findings.

  • Troubleshoot new circuits and support refinement of new designs.

  • Support microwave product development using established processes, procedures, and tools.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support engineering objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education

    • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Solid understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theories related to RF and microwave design.

  • Hands-on experience with microwave circuit simulation software and RF/microwave test equipment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
