Our client, a foam and fiber manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Quality Inspector. This role will ensure product compliance and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect mattresses for overall cover fit, law tag compliance, and correct application of FR (flame retardant) solutions per mattress specifications
• Verify FR batching processes across quilting, FR socking, FR capping, and FR fabrics
• Ensure proper covering procedures are being followed
• Document quality standards and findings
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of quality control inspection experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer and math skills
• Familiarity with measuring tools (gauges, meters, calipers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with documentation and reporting
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
