Photolithography Technician

Our client, a manufacturer of work trucks and trailers, has an immediate opening for a Photolithography Technician. This role is responsible for the deposition of thin film coatings and photolithography processes on microelectronic components.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of parts against customer specifications using routers and inspection tools
• Record process data and yield results accurately in internal databases (e.g., FileMaker)
• Operate and maintain equipment used in processes such as photolithography, e-beam deposition, wet etching, and photoresist stripping
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and document actions as needed
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards
• Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments
• May serve as a certified trainer for other team members
• Other responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in thin film or photolithography processing within a cleanroom environment
• Proficient in liquid photoresist lithography, including cleaning, spin-coating, baking, developing, mask alignment/exposure, stripping, and inspection
• Skilled in handling chemicals and operating microscopes and precision measuring devices
• Demonstrates high levels of precision, accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Must be able to wear full cleanroom attire including hairnets, masks, gloves, and boot covers
