Position Overview
Finish Line Staffing Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler on behalf of our client. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the facility to support production and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities

Execute material picks according to Bills of Materials outlined in production orders

Deliver fully kitted work orders to the appropriate work centers based on routing requirements

Assist in resolving material discrepancies related to work orders

Perform inventory counts and cycle counts; report results to management

Support inventory optimization efforts, including reorganizing material storage locations and methods
-
Maintain clear, professional communication with team members and supervisors

Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

Minimum of 3 years of related material handling or warehouse experience preferred

Basic understanding of inventory control and cycle counting

Knowledge of general warehouse procedures

Strong oral and written communication skills
