Our client, a medical technology company, has an immediate opening for Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across departments
- Align with the Production department’s objectives, responsibilities, and overall mission
- Prioritize and adapt work plans to meet changing production needs
- Execute daily maintenance tasks and equipment start-up procedures
- Perform machine setups, turnovers, and manage loading/unloading of machines
- Inspect blended powders and components as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during all assignments
- Accurately document workflow and transactions in the ERP system
- Support process capability studies, equipment qualifications, and process validations
- Contribute to root cause investigations and corrective action implementations
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards including PPE usage, SOPs, and GMP compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device experience preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
