Description
Our client, a high-end electronics manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Machine Programmer. This role supports both prototype and volume manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Program SMT Pick and Place machines using supplied Bill of Materials (BOM) and XY data
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT pick and place machines
- Perform routine, repetitive production tasks in compliance with standard manufacturing procedures
- Assist in troubleshooting SMT machines, feeders, and tooling
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control protocols
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or SMT operations preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software
