About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist I to join our clients Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll support warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure materials flow smoothly across departments—including Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Procurement. What You’ll Do

Manage and maintain inventory levels across production and Kanban locations.

Receive and inspect incoming materials; handle domestic and international shipments.

Pick and kit materials for Manufacturing and safely store active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

Perform cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and keep ERP/WMS data accurate.

Support SOP creation and contribute to audits, inspections, and process improvements.

Keep warehouse and receiving areas safe, organized, and cGMP compliant.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

Prior supply chain or logistics experience in a regulated industry a plus.

Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
