Entry Level Assembler

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler to join our clients  manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, cutting, labeling, and inspecting cable and wire assemblies in a production environment. No prior cable assembly experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cables and wire harnesses according to work instructions and drawings
• Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and label wires as required
• Perform basic visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools or small assembly tools
• Ability to read basic diagrams or work instructions
