Overview
We are seeking a motivated Cell Culture Associate to support cell culture operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a degree in the biological or physical sciences who are eager to gain hands-on experience in cGMP operations, cell expansion, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Execute experimental protocols and manufacturing batch records for cell culture operations, including small-scale media preparation, cell expansion, production, and harvest clarification

Support cell culture activities requiring weekend coverage, as scheduled

Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a strong focus on “right the first time” execution

Assist with maintaining cleanroom suites, supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data in compliance with site SOPs and policies

Accurately document GMP and development activities in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements

Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Maintain required training, documentation, and procedures to support cGMP activities
Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, physical sciences, or a related field

Familiarity with sterile transfer techniques and mammalian cell culture

Strong oral and written communication skills

Availability to work weekends as required

Reliable transportation
