Overview
Our client, a leading medical device solutions provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence for complex medical device solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and grow business opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Drive consultative, solution-based selling and execute category expansion strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing—to implement customer and category plans.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and project budgets while supporting successful product launches.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry groups, establishing the company as a preferred partner.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or M.S. in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience selling contract design and manufacturing services to medical device OEMs.

  • Proven track record in business development, strategic product expansion, and revenue growth.

  • Established network of senior-level contacts in medical device OEMs.

  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented, with high integrity and ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
