Job Description:
The Additive Manufacturing Technician supports 2nd shift production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining additive manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, start, and maintain additive manufacturing equipment.
- Load/unload machines and perform inspections of powder and components.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and accurately record work in the ERP system.
- Support process validations, equipment qualifications, and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist with investigations and corrective actions for product or process issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, GMP, SOP, and PPE requirements.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions.

- Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Working Conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable wearing PPE and working in powder/material handling areas.
- Manufacturing environment with noise, dust, temperature changes, and interruptions.
