Additive Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:

The Additive Manufacturing Technician supports 2nd shift production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining additive manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and maintain additive manufacturing equipment.
• Load/unload machines and perform inspections of powder and components.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and accurately record work in the ERP system.
• Support process validations, equipment qualifications, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions for product or process issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, SOP, and PPE requirements.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Manufacturing environment with noise, dust, temperature changes, and interruptions.
