Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to support the production of medical implants and components in a high-volume, regulated cleanroom environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment, including clean line systems and pouch sealers
Perform cleaning, inspection, assembly, pouching, sealing, and labeling activities in a controlled cleanroom environment
Complete production documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Enter transactions accurately into the ERP system
Assist with inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations
Support investigations and corrective actions related to product or process issues
Follow all GMP, ISO, SOP, PPE, and safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area
Review manufacturing documentation and provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
