Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer Associates to join a growing warehouse team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requirements
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Inspect items to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment
- Active warehouse setting requiring frequent standing, walking, and light lifting
