Facilities Cable Harness Assembler

4 day workweek every Friday OFF. Four 10 hour days.
Cable and harness assembler will follow all process instructions to assemble product per IPC 620.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cutting
• Crimping
• Stripping
• Tinning
• Winding
• Soldering
• Performs all related operation steps for cable assembly
• Applying shrink tubing
• Applying connectors
• Measuring cut lengths
• Terminations
• Adheres to all safety requirements
• Follows prints and work instructions to construct cable and wire harness assemblies
• Applied related hardware per print

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to measure dimensions properly
• Should have a working knowledge of all related cable assembly tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons and specialized equipment
