Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of medical products in a regulated environment. This role supports production, inventory control, and customer fulfillment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, distribute, and ship medical products in accordance with company procedures.
  • Pick components for production orders and perform routine cycle counts.
  • Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory practices for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Accurately receive deliveries, verify quantities, and enter transactions into the MRP system.
  • Identify, document, and report damaged shipments and inventory discrepancies.
  • Deliver received materials to designated storage locations and pull devices for customer order fulfillment.
  • Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipment.
  • Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Support other departments as needed to meet operational and production demands.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to manipulate small parts and perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment and/or working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
