Position Overview
Our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing, is hiring a Rework Specialist to perform electromechanical repairs and support inventory record-keeping procedures within the manufacturing process. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and strict adherence to industry standards for quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Perform component-level repairs on assemblies using SMT and through-hole rework techniques.

Solder and desolder fine-pitch components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Repair through-hole pads, surface mount pads, and internal PCB circuitry.

Remove and replace both SMT and through-hole components.

Maintain compliance with ESD controls and company safety practices.

Complete all work in alignment with manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Industry certifications required: IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, and IPC-7711.

2–4 years of related rework and repair experience required.
