Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a medical technology company, has an immediate opening for Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across departments
• Align with the Production department’s objectives, responsibilities, and overall mission
• Prioritize and adapt work plans to meet changing production needs
• Execute daily maintenance tasks and equipment start-up procedures
• Perform machine setups, turnovers, and manage loading/unloading of machines
• Inspect blended powders and components as needed
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during all assignments
• Accurately document workflow and transactions in the ERP system
• Support process capability studies, equipment qualifications, and process validations
• Contribute to root cause investigations and corrective action implementations
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards including PPE usage, SOPs, and GMP compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device experience preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
