Our client, a manufacturer of antennas, has an immediate opening for a Senior RF Engineer. This role will design and analyze RF rotary joints to meet application performance requirements (envelope, power, VSWR, insertion loss, isolation).

Responsibilities:

• Transition new designs to production through first-build participation
• Provide electrical engineering support for ancillary components (ex. slip rings, test equipment)
• Support other departments (Operations, Procurement, Quality, Sales) as required
• Develop/implement design standards
• Mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of waveguide, coaxial cable, and stripline RF propagation and tuning
• Knowledge of RF simulation software. CST preferred
• Knowledge of VNA testing
• Hands-on understanding of RF components (connectors, dielectrics, cable assemblies, soldering)
• Strong professional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
