Our client, a manufacturer of circuits, modules, and more for the military, industrial, and commercial marketplaces, has an immediate opening for a Precision Assembler. This role will work in a clean room environment performing various assembly tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies under a microscope
• Solder under a microscope
• Attach or remove components and wires
• Dispense epoxy or encapsulant
• Follow all ISO practices and defined work instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior microelectronics assembly experience a must
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to handle small tools and tweezers for fine precision work
• Proficient at soldering under a microscope
• Prior inspection experience under a microscope is helpful
• Understand Quality standards such as Mil-883 and related workmanship standards used in microelectronics such as MIL-PRF-38534 to determine good quality
• Ability to work in a timely manner to a schedule
• Observe all ESD practices and cleanliness requirements
