Our client, a global manufacturer of products in the areas of smart devices, health and wellness, robotics, and more, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing/Process Engineer. The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will provide technical support for PCBA manufacturing processes and conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing
• Ensure operators adhere to IPC Standards
• Participate in DFM analysis for new products
• Ensure all production equipment is maintained
• Design and plan equipment layout
• Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Evaluate operator skill and suggest additional training if necessary
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years PCBA Experience
• Manufacturing Engineering background
• Bilingual in Chinese preferred but not required
