We are seeking a Cell Culture Associate to support upstream manufacturing processes in a controlled environment. This part-time role focuses on execution, precision, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities:

• Execute experimental protocols and manufacturing batch records for cell culture operations, including:
  • Small-scale media preparation
  • Cell expansion
  • Production and harvest clarification (may include weekend shifts)
• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Assist in maintaining suite cleanliness, managing supplies, and updating logbooks.
• Document GMP and development activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date training, documentation, and procedures to support cGMP activities.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an A.S. or B.S. degree in biological or physical sciences.
• Familiarity with sterile transfer techniques and mammalian cell culture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Weekend availability is required.
