Responsibilities:

Perform all duties and responsibilities of a CNC milling machine operator.
Set-up CNC Milling machines.
Operate multiple CNC Milling machine simultaneously.
Inspect small precision components (dimensions, visual imperfections using a microscope).
Run the Automated Ceramic Processing Software program.
Troubleshoot programs, tool path generator issues, setup issues and tooling issues.
Machine fixtures, test abutments, and custom parts as needed.
Conduct machine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Requirements

At least three years experience as a CNC milling machinist.
Set-up CNC Milling machines.
Use hand tools and other measurement instruments.
Communicate machining issues with the supervisor.
Correct machine breakdowns and repairs as needed.

2pm-10:30pm M-F
